Cost
For live painting classes, there is a flat fee charge plus an additional $10 per painter. The flat fee is based on the class size as follows:
5-20 painters = $100
20-35 painters = $200
35-50 painters = $300
50-65 painters = $400
*65+ painters, please reach out for pricing
As an example, if you hosted a class with 25 painters, the total cost would be $200 (flat fee) + $250 ($10 per painter) = $450 total.
What’s Included?
The painting class includes a devotional teaching, guided painting instruction, and set up and tear down (see my statement of faith here). I provide all of the supplies and will set up each individual painting station for every painter. Each painter will use my class supplies and get to take home their watercolor painting at the end of the night. Plan for 1.5 - 2 hours for your class duration.
You provide the space where the class will be held, tables and chairs, access to water (kitchen or bathroom sink to fill water cups for class) and (if available) a microphone and projector screen. I use a live camera to teach my classes, generally hooking it up to a projector screen or large TV via an HDMI connection. If the room you plan to host the class in lacks a projector screen or TV, I can bring my own large TV. I am happy to set up and take down the tables and chairs after the event. I will also bring my own table cloths and decorations. I will need access to the space two hours prior to the event to set up all supplies.
Some ladies' groups like to provide light snacks for attendees to enjoy while they paint, this is entirely up to your preference.
